Client Relations Manager

A woman with long, wavy hair wearing a floral blouse and a maroon blazer, smiling at the camera.

Aracely learned early on that true success is built on a foundation of dedication, sacrifice, and heart. These values, combined with nearly a decade of high-level legal experience, allow her to serve the clients of Citrine Law with a unique blend of professional precision and genuine empathy.

Aracely began her legal journey in 2015, quickly finding a passion for the intricate systems that make the legal process work for people. Her long-standing history with Attorney Cid Kallen began in 2017, where she spent five pivotal years as his legal assistant. During this time, she became an expert in the “behind-the-scenes” mechanics of successful practice, gaining a deep understanding of strategic marketing and community networking that build lasting trust.

After two years of broadening her expertise in personal injury law, Aracely has returned “home” to Citrine Law as our Client Relations Manager, overseeing the firm’s intake department. In this role, she refines the intake procedures that allow the team to focus on white glove service and nurturing potential new clients toward retaining our services. Marketing partners and new clients alike benefit from her visionary approach to growth; she uses her extensive history with the firm to track progress through detailed reporting and ensures that every person who connects with our firm receives a world-class level of care.

Aracely’s deep-rooted knowledge of the legal “engine” is matched only by her commitment to our community, ensuring that as the firm evolves, and that the human story at the center of every case remains the top priority. She views her role as more than management; it is a dedicated commitment to advocacy and excellence.
